My Philosophy

I believe in accountability, natural consequences, and working hard for what is important to us. I believe in creating authentic learning opportunities for humans of all ages to participate in and learn from. I believe that meaningful, organic learning can, and should, occur in day to day living, not just in an educational setting. I believe that we, as parents, are primarily responsible for our children’s development – not someone else.

Besides being a beautiful human (both inside and out), Teala is an amazing teacher and advocate for those with special needs. She truly looks outside the box to find what works for each individual child, then implements it and follows through with data collection.

My son grew leaps and bounds with her help. I would highly recommend services with Teala!

Teala is an amazing teacher, advocate for those with special needs, and an amazing person. She provided summer support/tutoring to my kiddos when they were younger. She worked around our schedule and the kids truly enjoyed her. Teala maintained contact and her advances and many years of care and compassion with her kids, truly shows!
